Perception of my two years experience in Karachi University

Well when it comes to talk about Life in Karachi University, I am surely going to be short of words. Because KU is a world in itself, no doubt! Students spend some memorable time of their life there. So as I did too. My two years in KU were just beautiful. Though I have been living inside KU for like 14 years to be exact, but I had never experienced the savor of actual UNIVERSITY part of KU like i have done in past two years.

I became the part of Journalism journey in KU Mass comm dept in 2012 and since then I am still enjoying my stay. When I joined university, I was hell nervous about how am I going to make friends, that’s actually the very first question that comes to the mind of every newbie. I have always been very conscious about making friends. Under the strict guidance of my parents, I had to choose good friends so I found some really good friends to accompany me in every university related matter. And then we went on with the flow.
Getting ourselves prepare for our first class that takes place at sharp 8:30, then running for the next subsi-class to catch on time since our dept was way too far. But we used to manage it somehow, by taking rickshaw rides or taking lift to lobby. Then tucking in the canteens to recharge ourselves to get ready for the next class. I used to say that, when there is KU, there is WALKING under the grace of our dear SUN. Due to walking all day round, I started getting sun burns that looked weird on my face. But a skin specialist fixed that problem soon after. I used to keep Pain killers too, in case.

I came to know different CATEGORIES of human being there that helped me realize in what category I fall into.  My good! KU doesn’t only teach you your course, but it teaches you much more than that. How to tackle in life? how to prepare yourself to battle in your Life-field? How to be a HUMAN? and how to maintain your personality? And whatnot.  Life in KU is still the same for me though, except I don’t get sun burns anymore as I have learnt driving now.
