By Bushra Asim---“Which animal
Pakistan would be?????”
The topic made me to think deeply…. Some says Dog, some says
donkey, crow, pig, and so on… it appears less and less people talk positive
things about Pakistan… Well, everyone has his own viewpoint I alone can’t zip
anyone’s lips, or change their minds …
To portray a country is a high responsibility, for me it’s really
a serious matter; I took much days for it as in order to relate Pakistan, my
beloved country, with any animal i had to excogitate...
I believe in seeing
both sides of a coin… I agree Pakistan is a country which has many dark sides like
terrorism, extremism, corruption etc, but we should also not forget that we are
living in a country which is the first Muslim
country in the world to construct and operate civil nuclear power plants,
the second largest gas infrastructure in the world,
a country which is running the World’s largest Ambulance
network, having the sixth largest military force
in the world, Fourth largest broadband internet system of
world is in Pakistan, and so on…
After having a deep
study on different animal’s nature, I think as a country (animal) in a world
(jungle), Pakistan is an elephant…
Pakistan is facing external and
internal threats for the survival but still it stands, no one can undo it,
just as other animals of a jungle wants to pull elephant’s leg and fall it down
but it still stands to protect its herd...
I found elephant such a highly developed sensibility, a
deep-rooted sense of family, care, feel, and compassionate animal and yes, remembering the big
contribution of Pakistan to humanitarian aids in the disasters like tsunami
and earthquakes etc, we can surely and undoubtedly say that Pakistan also has a
sense of care, and shine humanity...
No country is perfect and so as Pakistan….. We should acts
as the shelter and show care about our country’s image…. Pakistan is not a bad country, it is badly-managed country,
with our persistent efforts, a positive outlook and by not losing hope...it
will RISE insha'Allah!
So this is what I think about Pakistan…
