A day in #KLF
The other day, our respected teacher gave us the assignment
to attend a day of 5th Karachi literature Festival and write a
report on it. To be honest, I had never been into a Litfest ever (My bad, I
know) thus I didn’t know how these kind of festivals are like! But now, a day
in KLF has changed things forever.
I do read books but
not frequently, but after attending those intellectual sessions under the
command of such high profile speakers, the interest in literature has started
to flourish in me. Feels good!
KLF was one of the amazing festivals I have even been into,
very well organized with rational environment, everything seemed perfect. At
first, i got a bit confuse where to go first, what to attend. But then I went
on with the flow. Took different sessions, visited book stalls, bought books of
my interest, enjoyed puppet show and concert and tucked into the Dominoes. What
a day it was. Simply Perfect! And I have decided to volunteer in it next year,
InshaAllah.
